CHIAN HSI CHUAN (in Chinese "Humble Fist") INTERNAL ARTS, also known as CHC INTERNAL ARTS or CHIAN HSI CHUAN TAICHI & WUSHU promotes health and fitness through traditional Chinese Martial Arts (Wushu). The Organization conducts lessons in Martial Arts with Taoist origin. Such styles are TAICHI CHUAN (Grand Ultimate Fist), Hsing-I Chuan (Form and Will Boxing) and Pakua Chuan (Eight Diagram Palm Boxing). All are categorized under Internal Boxing known as well for its health benefits and principles based on the teachings of Taoism and Wudang. Other disciplines covered are The Long Ying Chuan (Dragon Form), Chang Chuan (Northern Boxing), Nang Chuan (Southern Boxing) and traditional Weapons (Wushu Straight Swordplay, Broad Sword, etc.). Wushu training system derived from Laichikok Wushu Assoc. of Hongkong and Beijing, China. Training includes Traditional Forms (Taolo) and Free Form Full contact Sparring (Sanshou),2-manform barehand/ weapons and Free Form Boxing/ Sparring , Meditation & Taoist teachings. Non Chinese Discipline learned by the instructors includes Filipino Stickfighting, Combat Judo, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. The Organization participates and performs yearly exhibition on Taoist Festivals and on Chinese New Year. Non Temple activities done are The College Taichi Physical Education Program and Basic Taichi Program for Hotel Guest Service in the country and overseas. All members of Chian Hsi Chuan are carefully selected after a period of basic training based on their performance and attitude on the values and standards set by the Organization. Overall Chian Hsi Chuan organization functions as ONE FAMILY.
